ABOUT
ATLA Femslash Week is an event made to celebrate female/female pairings in Avatar: The Last Airbender! All F/F pairings and submissions are welcome as long as they fit the criteria and guidelines.
After reading the FAQ, if you have anymore questions, feel free to contact us via an ask or or a DM through twitter, tumblr, or curiouscat.
RULES
To ensure everyone’s comfort and safety, there are rules as to what you can submit. If your work violates the following guidelines, or is deemed otherwise unsuitable, it will not be retweeted/reblogged.

Excessive gore
Explicit sexual content
Pairings with a concerning age gap
Explicit and/or romanticized rape/incest/pedophilia
Abusive relationships or couples with an unhealthy power balance portrayed in a positive light
Racist/transphobic/homophobic/biphobic/etc. tropes
Fetish undertones

FAQ
Q: When is A:TLA femslash week taking place?
A: It is taking place from Monday August 10th to Sunday August 16th! (8/10-8/16)
Q: What mediums are accepted?
A: Anything works! Fanfiction, fanart, moodboards, edits, videos, etc. are welcome.
Q: Where do I submit my work?
A: Because of Tumblr's formatting, it is easier for this type of event, so we recommend submitting on Tumblr. You can also post on Twitter and we will retweet it. We will be posting links on both platforms to all submissions, so it will be seen on both platforms anyways (unless you do not want us to do this, then just ask!)
Q: How do I submit my work (on Tumblr)?
A: : Tag your work with #atla femslash week or #atla femslash week 2020 . You can also tag us in your post. Please keep in mind if you are posting a link to your work from another site, you will most likely have to send it to us, because tumblr has made it difficult for linked posts to show up in tags
Q: How do I submit my work (on Twitter)?
A: You can send the post to us or tag us directly, and tag it with #atla femslashweek or #atla femslashweek2020 if you want :)
Q: I did everything you said, but you still haven't retweeted/reblogged it. Why is that?
A: If that happens, please contact us, either through an ask or a direct message. Most likely we just haven’t seen it, or it was hidden from the tag for some reason. If it is because you have violated the guidelines then we can have a private conversation about it.
Q: Do you accept late submissions?
A: Yes! If it is very late, you will probably need to notify us that you posted it, though.
Q: How am I supposed to interpret [prompt]?
A: Any way you want, as long as it fits our guidelines! It can be in an alternate universe or only vaguely tied to the prompt, doesn’t matter!
Q: Is this week open to Korrasami/TLOK characters?
A: Sorry, but this is only for A:TLA pairings! Though if your work focused on A:TLA characters in a TLOK setting, that would be okay!
